Quick and Easy Steps To Apply For Your TEFL Plus Course

To begin your TEFL Plus course application, click the "Book My TEFL Plus Course" red button below. Remember that TEFL Plus is online and on-demand, which means you can start the course when it's convenient for you, and you can finish the course when you want to finish it.

This is a self-paced course in teaching English methodology, lesson planning and much more to confidently begin your teaching assignment.

We will need you to upload a photo ID (driver's license, university ID, Passport, etc.) so have that ready.

We have partnered with select TEFL employers, overseas schools and teaching English programs to offer our alumni and teachers access to premium teaching jobs. We have been working with a group of preferred partners since 2007.

When you graduate with your TEFL Plus certification, you will receive resources to apply for teaching jobs globally. For most teaching jobs, you can apply directly on our site. That tells a prospective employer you're TEFL Plus certified.

Only For Non-Native English Speaker Applicants

You must upload a CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) certificate indicating your B1, B2, C1, or C2 level. The certificate cannot be older than 12 months. If you don't have a certificate, you can use the application to indicate that you want to take the iTEP All Skills exam to demonstrate your English proficiency. All non-native English speakers with B1, B2, C1, or C2 CEFR levels are welcome to take TEFL Plus.
